The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety during my stay, truly outshining the typical service of many hotels.

I found the location to be somewhat isolated, far from the central district of Makati, making transportation necessary for shopping or dining out.

The overall experience was amazing, especially the delicious meals and comfy room I got to enjoy! I truly loved relaxing at the sauna and taking a dip in the lovely outdoor pool too. One small downside was how the shower took a minute to heat up, but it didn’t really impact my stay. 🌟

The staff were genuinely the best part of my stay! They were exceptionally helpful, making me feel welcome and safe throughout my visit. The city view from my room was a delightful surprise, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

Room upgrade made it special

We had a nice family stay! The manager was super helpful and upgraded our room, which made a huge difference. The pool was a fun spot, and breakfast was decent with enough options. However, the pillows had a slight smell that could’ve been better. Shoutout to the awesome staff for making us feel welcome!

The suites were lovely and we had a great time at the sauna and rooftop pool. The restaurant served delicious meals that were totally satisfying!

But honestly, the WiFi felt like it was on a coffee break at times. I was wondering if I was granted time travel instead!

The Superior Double Room was spacious and had these fantastic high-quality wooden furnishings that gave it a retro vibe. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was nice with a hot and cold shower plus a bathtub. AC worked great and kept the space cool. But the pillows had a weird smell, which wasn't ideal, and I heard the towels could've been fresher too.
